What a long drawn out ware of time. If I had to wait seven minutes for you to make me a shot of espresso, I’d be walking out of the door. Get on with it. If you knew what you were doing you would know how much coffee to put in the portafilter and all that tamping bull*+\t turning it…..? Rubbish! I can get the same results if not better in less less than a minute.
