Coffees have been known for hundreds of years, but espresso is a relatively new beverage. Espresso, is basically a concentrated cup of coffee. There are reasons why espresso is loved more than any other type of coffee beverage and perhaps the main reason that it is enjoyed by so many around the globe is that it really quite different from other coffees! Not only is espresso a more concentrated cup of coffee, but the taste is also very different.

Espresso: The Steam, the Bean & the Machine

Espresso: The Steam, the Bean & the Machine by

List Price: $2.99

Espresso; The Steam, the Bean & the Machine is all about this incredible coffee drink. This book is not intended to preach to the choir; it's written for those coffee drinkers who have not yet discovered how much better it is than regular coffee. It explains how espresso differs from plain coffee, and how simple it is (now) to have in your own home. It explodes the myth about how much caffeine it really has in it, compared to a cup of regular coffee, and it attempts to describe how smooth and rich it is, although that is difficult to do; it really does defy description. Product Review - Gaggia Classic

So after that fateful night I found myself emptying a good portion of my tax return on a espresso machine (and of course a grinder but more on that later!). About a week later a beautiful machine shows up at my doorstep and I soon find out the good,

Coffee Shop Review – Full Circle Books

A great Heat Exchanger machine I saw right away that the reviews of it were correct: although the body was molder plastic it still looked like a high quality machine. I excitedly ordered a shot of espresso and the woman behind the counter stood up.

Coffee Shop Review - Elemental Coffee Roasters

He pulled me over to his computer and we looked at a couple machines online and he was very helpful. Speaking of La Marzocco; they have a 3 group in the store and man do they make a mean shot of espresso! I'll do a more thorough review of their drinks

Product Review – Hario Skerton

I look forward to using my Hario Skerton for many years, including as possibly my first espresso grinder as I've read that it can grind fine enough (and importantly consistently enough) for an espresso machine.

CoffeeGeek - QuickMill Vetrano Espresso Machine - Mario Azar's Review

Great machine overall. Delivers a consistent shot and great froth every time! Easy to use and maintain. Direct plumbing is wonderful and lower noise level makes a difference. I was hesitant to go with the Vetrano but not having to worry about refilling the water tank is great..  Smooth knobs- don't have good grip.  Great service from Chris Coffee, although SIRAI Pressure Stat upgrade was extra charge and could have been included in package..  Knowledgable, helpful staff and delivery was prompt.  Great purchase across the board..  Highly recommended.
